Keeping your information safe is our highest priority. We protect your personal information by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology. And your personal information will neither be sold to nor shared with any other person or third party.

What Are Secure Payments

A secure payment is a payment that is made through a system where a number of security protocols are in place to ensure that the payment information is protected. These security systems could be features like: data encryption, SSL certificates, tokenization, and more. By having these systems in place, it makes it difficult for outside entities to access any data that is passed on from a card to a payment processor, to a bank and back.

Unsure payments are then payments that are being made through systems that don’t have any protective measures in place to keep data secure from outside entities. The lack of protection makes it easier for a person or party to disrupt the transfer of information to authorize a payment, and steal vital information.

Information about SSL:

Secure connections (often called SSL, or Secure Sockets Layer technology) are the industry standard in web security. SSL is used primarily for transmitting sensitive information over the Internet. When you have a secure connection between your browser and a website, no one else can easily access the data that you send across the connection.
While we use SSL encryption to protect sensitive information online, we also do everything in our power to protect users’ information offline. All of our users’information, not just the sensitive information mentioned above, is restricted in our offices. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, our billing clerk or a customer service representative) are granted access to personally identifiable information. Furthermore, all of our employees are kept up-to-date on our security and privacy practices. Our employees are regularly notified and reminded about the importance we place on privacy, and what they can do to ensure our customers’information is protected.
